The RÖNTGEN HM-Titan ALU2 band with sintered carbides has been developed for cutting-off non-ferrous metals and aluminium. It is dedicated for cutting-off casts as well as plates and bars. The tooth special contour and angles prevent from carbide plates falling out during vibrations produced during cutting-off these demanding materials. The carrying band of alloy steel resistant to fatique is capable of withstanding the mechanical stresses produced during operation with a higher cutting and feed speed. It secures also high output and the band longer life.
