The Rontgen HM-Titan ALU3 – the unique teeth contour and angles meets the highest requirements in relation to surface finish, withstands the band and feed extremal speeds.

The RÖNTGEN HM-Titan ALU3 band with sintered carbides has been developed for cutting-off non-ferrous metals and aluminium. It is dedicated for cutting-off casts as well as plates and bars. The tooth special contour and angles prevent from carbide plates falling out during vibrations produced during cutting-off these demanding materials. The carrying band of alloy steel resistant to fatigue is capable of withstanding mechanical stresses produced during operation with higher cutting and feed speed. It secures also high output and the band longer life.
