The cutting machine arm made of homogeneous iron casting together with use of 34 mm wide cutting band enable in full cutting of shapes as well as solid materials. In the band saw machine the arm hydraulic raising and lowering has been used.

Machine characteristics

In the semi-automatic saw machines, after the switch is on, the whole saw cycle i.e. clamping of the cut material in the hydraulic vice, switching on the cutting band feed, lowering the cutting arm (controlled speed), the machine stopping after cutting is executed, the arm raising up (controlled arm raising height) as well as switching-off the hydraulic vice are automatic.
